We make a difference with our passion for coffee.As part of the NDC Science team, an intern will gain experience and exposure to the Science & Technology Research process which includes product development and support as well as method development/optimization on antioxidant solutions for oil stabilization.Primary Responsibilities:Rapid prototyping of liquid beverages with new ingredientsAnalytical testing of prototype samplesOil stability analysis (OSI, PV, pAV, Oxitest analysis)Analyze data trends and variation linked to product development challengesCommunicate findings and results via internal reportsRequirements:Must be working toward a PhD or Master's degree in Food Science or related Science (at least one semester left after internship)Preferred 3.0 or above cumulative GPAFull-time, paid opportunityAvailability - start time is to start May 2025 for 6 month durationExperience with gas chromatography preferred, exposure to Mass Spectrometry a plusSponsorship for work visas are not available for this programStrong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.To our veterans and separated service members, you're at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestlé.
