Scientist II - US Tech Solutions : Job Details

Duration: 12+ months contract

Job Description:

BS, or MS in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, bioengineering or related disciplines with industry experience in formulation and/or process development.

Responsibilities:

Must have experience with biologics and/or small-molecule parenteral injectables formulation, drug delivery, and/or manufacturing process development, and related analytical methods.

Strong communicator, team player, with curiosity (eager to learn), and with cross functional experiences.

Experience:

1: experience with parenteral products (injectables) formulation and/or process development b. Required Skill

2: working knowledge with one or more manufacturing unit operations ( ultrafiltration, diafiltration, freeze drying, spray drying, mixing, filling and/or sterile filtration)

3: experience with analytical methods for protein therapeutics (SEC-HPLC, icIEF, Karl Fischer titration, viscometers, fluorescence, DSC, UV-Vis)

4: statistical data analysis; hands-on experience with DoE (Minitab, JMP)

5: ability to work/think independently

Skills:

· protein therapeutics (SEC-HPLC, icIEF, Karl Fischer titration, viscometers, fluorescence, DSC, UV-Vis).
