#x 9; Design, generate, and characterize CAR T or other constructs for genetically modified T cells. Implement strategies for highly multiplexed cloning. Independently design and lead pre-clinical in vivo studies. Collect, analyze, and present scientific data with proposed next steps. Provide conceptual input on experimental design and supervise junior team members. Coordinate research efforts with other scientific teams on cross-functional projects. Qualifications: PhD in Immunology, Cancer Biology, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Extensive expertise in immunology, particularly in regulatory T cells or engineered T cell therapies. Understanding of CAR-T cell therapy and relevant challenges. Proficient in laboratory and analytical skills related to CAR-T cells biology. Excellent writing and presentation skills with a record of publication.
