We are seeking a skilled and creative Print Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing and a passion for fashion design. This role requires proficiency and an eye for detail to ensure high-quality production standards. As a Print Operator, you will play a crucial role in bringing visual concepts to life through print. Knowledge in running an automactic press is an advantage to our company

*Duties*

- Operate and maintain screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints.

- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications.

- Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process, making adjustments as necessary.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

- Assist in the development of new techniques and processes to enhance production efficiency.

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred.

- Familiarity with production design processes and techniques.

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

- A creative mindset with an understanding of art direction principles.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
