Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for a Davenport Screw Machine Operator position with a company in Strongsville, OH. This is a skilled position on 1st shift with a pay rate of $35/hour Davenport Screw Machine OperatorShift: 1st 6am-4pm Monday through Thursday, 6am-Noon Friday as needed Pay Rate: $35/hour Screening Process: phone interview with the company, skills assessment, in-person interview with the company Duties, Skills, Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience on 5-spindle Davenport automatic screw machines
• Expert knowledge of the set-up, operation & maintenance of Davenport screw machines
• Perform easy-to-difficult set-ups on Davenport screw machines quickly and effectively.
• Operate 2 or more Davenport machines, or a Davenport and other multi-spindle screw machines at full efficiency.
• Maintain excellent quality while hitting production targets.
• Share knowledge and instruct and assist others in the operation and setup of Davenport machines.
• Experience with other types of screw machines a definite plus.
