Scrum Master IntePros is looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and drive the delivery of value in a dynamic, infrastructure-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership abilities, with proven experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating the complexities of infrastructure ticketing using Jira. This role requires a balanced expertise in project management and Scrum practices, along with the flexibility to adapt to non-traditional Agile implementations. Responsibilities: •Facilitate Scrum Events: Guide and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure these events are productive and aligned with Scrum principles. •Support the Team and Product Owner: Serve both the development team and the product owner by translating requirements into actionable tasks. Ensure the team is clear on the requirements and support them in delivering value. •Track and Report Progress: Monitor the progress of the project daily, helping the team to achieve their commitments. Manage and report on the status of scope, schedule, resources, and financials. •Remove Impediments: Identify and address any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress. Work to resolve these issues promptly to maintain a smooth workflow. •Manage Scope and Requirements: Extract and document requirements, author user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure that product quality expectations are well-defined and communicated. •Ensure Adherence to Processes: Educate and support the team in following Scrum processes and practices. Ensure that team members understand and adhere to these processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. •Handle Conflicts and Facilitate Collaboration: Take the lead in resolving conflicts within the team and between team members. Foster a collaborative environment and remove any roadblocks to team interaction and productivity. •Manage External Interference: Limit and manage external interruptions or influences that may distract the team from their work.
