Scrum Master - Insight Global : Job Details

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a growing PMO organization. This team has a data product initiative that will spread enterprise wide. They are utilizing a third party for majority of the development. This role will involve a lot of coordinating initially with the third party, and then transition into coaching internal teams once more of the development work is done. It is crucial to have excellent collaboration and communication skills as you navigate this initial between teams, both internal and external. This project will start with a waterfall methodology and will eventually move to agile.This position is 4 days a week onsite, with a remote day of your choosing. You must be located in either San Antonio, TX, or Findlay, OH. Insurance benefits are offered throughout the contract, as well as a 401K program. This is currently slated as a 6 month contract with possibility for extension. The hourly rate for this role is $58-64.78/hr. If you're interested, please apply today! Experience managing a product initiative 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (some PM experience applies) Experience managing large-scale projects Hands-on experience with managing transition from waterfall to agile Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and experience working with cross functional teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders Located in San Antonio TX or Findlay OH
