In this role, You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, remove impediments, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and drive the adoption of Agile methodologies. This position is based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, Ohio.Location: Hybrid - Boston Heights, OHEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and handle the product backlog.
- Support the team in using agile planning and development tools (Azure DevOps).
- Lead the team to improve collaboration and self-management, promoting healthy interactions both within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Utilize team feedback and metrics (e.g., quality, delivery, cadence, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and work with team to continuously improve.
- Contribute to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization.
- Communicate and Deliver project updates to Directors and the business leaders.
- Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of demonstrated ability as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Azure Devops.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- SOX compliance project experience is a plus.
