Job Title: Scrum Master Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team for a banking project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API automation and quality assurance, with a strong background in banking projects. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving continuous improvement within the team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of API automation and quality assurance practices.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most valuable tasks.
  • Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to experiment and innovate.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in banking projects, with a focus on API automation and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Selenium, and BDD Cucumber.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives and understanding the interconnections between business priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage change effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with banking projects related to any domain is fine
  • Knowledge of project management processes, software tools, templates, and techniques.
  • Strong consultative problem-solving, issue resolution, and process analysis skills.
