Must Have Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira (or similar)
  • Experience using ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Manager or MS Project (or similar)
  • Experience workng in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and/or SAFe software development environments

Day to Day

A large agricultural company is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to coach and lead multiple new project teams. They will also collaborate with Product Owners, business SMEs, Portfolio Managers, and many other roles to identify customer needs, prioritize them, and collaboratively plan the team's work.

Other Responsibilities include

  • Understand the team's capacity (velocity) to be used for both short- and long-term planning.
  • Champion and refine the team's agile estimation practices at the Epic, Feature and User Story levels.
  • Communicate and manage delivery expectations across multiple levels of the organization (Team, Product Family and BSA).
  • Quarterly Planning goals will be discussed at Sprint Reviews.
  • Manages budgets, financials and maintains transparent reporting and accurate budget forecasting.
  • Coach team members on role interaction, collaboration and working as a cohesive unit.
  • Help the team navigate change: team member, scope, delivery timing and organizational.
  • Use metrics from Azure DevOps & Power BI to help the team improve their agile practices, internal processes and performance.
  • Facilitate events including: Quarterly Planning, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Daily Stand Up and Retrospectives.
  • Identify, track, manage and resolve team dependencies, risks and impediments.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $65/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
