Job Description

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
