Title: Scrum Master

Location: Orlando, FL - 32819

Shift: 1st, M-F

Pay: $50-$60hrly

This Scrum Master role will be working with one of our clients driving and managing a suite of products. This individual will be holding relationships with stakeholders, managing multiple teams, eliciting requirements, and driving delivery for the organization.

Candidates who have worked as a product owner role and/or a scrum master role will thrive in this environment. The team is also looking for individuals who have led and managed delivery for development projects in the past. It is important that this candidate shows initiative, is results driven and can drive projects.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

5+ years' experience as a scrum master

Experience as a product owner

Management experience of multiple teams

Has been part of a sales organization

Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence (meeting with contributors to C suite)

Agile Experience

Plusses:

Have led any back-end development projects

Hospitality or timeshare experience

Understanding of the customer journey
