SCRUM MASTER WITH INSURANCE EXPERIENCE - TEKsystems : Job Details

Description:

Over the past few years, this client has been sunsetting a lot of legacy applications and migrating the functionality into a tool called Duck Creek, which is a common tool used in the insurance space. They are currently live with this tool, but are running into some challenges with their policy and billing systems not syncing up correctly causing major issues that need to be fixed. These data fixes are what this team of 5 developers and 3 QA people are working on. This team of people are both onshore and offshore, but this Scrum Master needs to manage both of those teams deliverables. This person will lead morning stand ups (which are end of day for the India team), delivery weekly releases of the teams deliverables, run daily huddles, and deliver updates to the business. They really need someone Sr. level to come in an delivery this quickly and hold the team accountable to hit tasks.
