We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team. In this role, you will drive trucks, pickups, and assist with the warehouse work to support our seasonal operations. Our busy season typically runs from early April to mid-July and then from September to late November. We offer flexible working hours, and candidates must be 18 years or older. While a CDL is not required, passing a pre-employment drug test is mandatory.We are seeking temporary Agronomy Operations at the following locations:Open Positions include:Truck DriverSkid loader/Forklift operatorLoading Dock, Customer Service, and Yard Work AssistantQualifications Required:A valid Class D or Commercial driver's license.Communicate effectively with team members.Attention to detail and accuracy.Work extended hours during the busy season, repetitive heavy lifting (55 pounds), and climbing ladders to perform tasks at elevated or below-grade locations.Qualifications Preferred:Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement; a seasonal (180 day) CDL may be adequate in certain circumstances.Valid DOT health card.Sufficient product knowledge to identify and load correctly.Why Ag Partners?We are a strong member-owned agricultural cooperative serving producers, communities, homeowners, and businesses across Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
