Job Highlights: Join our team at our Atkinson Production Facility for our shipping season! We are seeking motivated individuals to join our distribution team! Starting Rate: $17/hour Work Hours: 1st and 2nd shift available: Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. OR 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

• Safely lift and maneuver seed bags to assist with order fulfillment
• Use computer systems for data entry to accurately track and record shipments
• Organize, stack, and prepare bags for distribution to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality.
• Operate within safety guidelines and job requirements.
• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
• Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications for data entry
• Able to lift and handle 50-60 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential in this role
• Demonstrates a high degree of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
