Job Description Summary: Responsible for efficient operation of pick line, packaging, and shipping procedures, including order picking, box preparation, sealing, labeling verification, and equipment maintenance. The role is scheduled to commence in September. This is a union role with a starting rate of *$17.27/hr. *Rate differential for night shift premium. Job Description: Responsibilities:

• Working in assigned zone and picking order on pick line using pick by light system.
• Ensuring and placing completed custom mix orders in a tuck in box.
• Prepare boxes for shipping, including but not limited to warm weather boxes and non-warm weather boxes.
• Add void fill in completed orders to run through closing line for sealing.
• Break down empty boxes for recycling.
• Sleeving product for shipping.
• Process customer returns per company procedures.
• Changing or adding tape in case erectors and closing lines.
• Responsible for stocking empty shipping boxes onto the candy line.
• Responsible for operating case erector.
• Ensuring items and quantity are correct, including but not limited to adding gel packs as needed, void fill, and closing the boxes.
• Responsible for verifying labels for custom mix.

Qualifications:

• Must follow all GMP and safety procedures.
• Must follow all company policies and guidelines and lead by example.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Lightening pick system experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to individually lift 25 lbs. of orders on a daily basis.
• Able to team lift over 50 lbs. of pallets on occasion.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist throughout duration of shift.
