SEASONAL HARVEST WORKER - American Crystal Sugar Company : Job Details

Are you looking for some extra cash before the holidays? American Crystal Sugar is seeking motivated individuals to join the seasonal harvest team! We offer a safe working environment in a fast paced setting. Be a part of the hustle and bustle we call Sugarbeet Harvest in the Red River Valley! May begin September working intermittent through mid-October depending on mother nature.

Positions starting at $19.36 - $20.87 depending on experience and skillset!!

Job Duties:

* Be a team player showing initiative and strong work ethic.

* Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and communicate in a team environment.

* 12 hour shifts - 7 days/week 7:00 - 7:00 and 8:00 - 8:00.

* Walking and standing for much of the shift.

* Open to learn multiple positions is a plus.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Some positions may require a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and perform work at various heights.

Minimum Requirements

* High School diploma or a GED certificate is required.

* Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

* Successfully pass the pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
