As the Seasonal Membership Experience Coordinator, you will be providing service to season ticket members for the Oklahoma City Comets. In this role, you will create treasured memories for guests by anticipating and surpassing the needs of your assigned account holders. The service you provide and relationships you develop will be paramount in gaining referrals for new accounts and in ensuring our members renew each year. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and think creatively will assist in handling season ticket members in a fast-paced environment. This is a perfect position for someone who loves developing relationships, creating unique events, driving revenue through relationship sales, and creating memorable fan experiences. In this role you will also help managing suite catering orders. This role will report to our Membership Experience Manager.Duties/Responsibilities:Develop relationships with season ticket members and be their main point of contact.
  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in-person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
  • Implementing and executing a touch point plan designed for the membership experience team.
  • Assist with renewal process for members and aid in upsell opportunities by sharing new offerings and exclusive areas they will want to be a part of.
  • Achieve a personal sales goal through relationship building, upselling, cross-selling, & referrals.
  • Assist members with any service-related needs, ticket exchanges, additional tickets, etc.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating membership events such as pre-season parties, batting practices, holiday events, movie nights, networking events, watch parties, trips, etc.
  • Communicate membership information, updates and reminders to all members.
  • Reach out to accounts that rent suites to handle their catering needs for Comets games.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Customer service experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
