Our business is diversified across the major growing regions of Texas, Memphis, Georgia, California, and Arizona, with ginning and warehousing infrastructure in several locations.Learn more at www.olamagri.com.Position SummaryA leading global supply chain management company of agriculture commodities for feed and fiber is seeking a self-motivated individual for a position in our Eloy Warehouse team located in Eloy, AZ. This role will report to the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities
  • Process daily warehouse activity in internal systems, which includes issuing and cancelling receipts, scheduling loads, and importing orders.
  • Prepare documentation for all inbound and outbound transports.
  • Work with local and corporate Logistics teams for inbound and outbound transports.
  • Work with Warehouse supervisor and manager for daily production.
  • Assist with research and correction of any inventory discrepancies.
  • Handle inbound phone calls.
  • Log truck activity on daily spread sheet.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
