Seasonal Pick/Packer - Naples Soap Company : Job Details

This is a seasonal position. We're are looking for a Picker-Packer to join our team in Fort Myers. We need someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, while standing on their feet for 10 hours a day, ensuring that orders are picked and packed with precision.To be considered for thisposition you must have Pick/Pack experience.Pick/Pack Responsibilities:

• Expertly pick, pack, and ship products like a pro.
• Be the champion of speed and accuracy when picking and pulling orders.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure orders are spot-on.
• Embrace hard work, motivation, and a team-player mentality.
• Dive into shipping, wrapping, labeling, organizing, storing, and issuing merchandise.
• Keep things moving swiftly to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a positive attitude, communicate effectively, and follow established procedures.
• Prioritize safety in all warehouse activities.
• Stand on your feet for 10 hours a day.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

**NO WALK-INS**Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of pick/pack experience.
• Speak and read English is a must.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to hustle and work those 10-hour shifts.
• Availability to work holidays and a rotating weekend schedule.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong math skills to make sure the numbers add up.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts
• Holidays
• Rotating two days on, two days off, and every other weekend.

Job Type: Full-time- SeasonalPay: $16.00 per hourExperience:

• Pick & pack: 1 year experience is a requirement
