Seasonal Residence Handyman - Gurneys Inn Resort & Spa LLC : Job Details

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Complete maintenance projects as assigned.

* Daily walkthrough of property, inspecting for cleanliness and any maintenance/landscaping issues.

* Proactively addressing any maintenance/landscaping issues.

* Working through monthly maintenance schedule for residences.

* Servicing hot tubs.

* Servicing landscaping and walkway lighting.

* Any other tasks as assigned by the Residence Management.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* If available, assists in all other areas of the resort, as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Education: High schol diploma

Experience: Minimum two years experience in related field.

Preferably knowledge of carpentry, painitng, plumbing, HVAC and basic mechanics.
