The Seasonal Customer Care Representative is responsible for phone, email, and live chat coverage for the Customer Care Department. He/she will be responsible for communicating directly with the customers and providing exceptional customer service. The Seasonal Customer Care Representative will handle customers' direct requests including entering orders, resolving issues, product concerns, creating replacement orders, and processing returns. The Seasonal Customer Care Representative protects the “Elf Brand” by keeping the magic alive with all incoming children's inquiries regarding the Elf and North Pole.
