Job Title: Seasonal Manufacturing Operations Associate

Location: 100% Onsite in Midtown Manhattan, NY

Company Overview: We are an innovative technology company dedicated to advancing e-commerce and supply chain platforms for the diamond industry. Our solutions connect the entire diamond ecosystem, from manufacturers to retailers to consumers. We are seeking a Seasonal Manufacturing Operations Associate to support our manufacturing operations team during the holiday season. This role involves processing, tracking, and supporting orders with high attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Schedule:

• Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, including mandatory weekend work from Cyber Monday to New Year's Eve.
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Relay order information within the factory and to the customer service team.
• Assist with the receipt, tracking, and follow-up of materials and products.
• Support inventory management tasks, including picking, barcoding, and organizing stock.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working as part of a team.
• Experience in data entry.
• Preferred experience in warehousing or office administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer fluency.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently.
• Availability to work according to the factory's seasonal schedule, including weekends in November and December
