Responsible for performing patient care on an intermittent basis in the patient's place of residence in close coordination with other disciplines and caregivers involved in the patient's care.QUALIFICATIONS:-Be a Registered Nurse with a valid PA Nursing License-Have excellent time management skills -Have strong written and verbal communication skills -Have ability to work well independently and within a multidisciplinary team-Have previous Behavioral Health experience preferred
