TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Secretary III enabling you to have a Secret Security Clearance.Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and processing of official correspondence and documents in accordance with documented requirements.
  • Managing of personnel timekeeping data.
  • Coordinating training assignments and accomplishments.
  • Managing travel requests and reports.
  • Additional duties:
  • Meeting management.
  • Visitor support.
  • Property management.
  • Hiring & separation package processing.
  • Key custodian.
  • Department office management.
Team Lead Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Department Team points of contact (POC).
  • Supervising and acting to on-board new team members.
  • Managing job training.
  • Mentoring team members.
  • Assign tasks and distributing workload.
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SMEs) sharing expertise by authoring, editing, and managing select desktop guides.
  • Participate in team member's performance evaluations.
Minimum Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • One (1) year of experience as a Secretary III or three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant software experience such as:
  • MS Word: text entry and formatting, familiarity with basic navigation tools, use of formatting to create or modify documents, page layout involving use of Styles and manipulation of templates and other formatting, Mail Merge, complex page layout involving insertion of objects, pictures, and other embedded content.
  • Excel: data entry, familiarity with basic navigation tools, conditional Formatting, Charts & Graph creation, simple formulas, Pivot Tables.
  • PowerPoint: creation of simple text-based content, familiarity with basic navigation tools, creation of content using templates & styles, insertion of photos and clip art, creation of content involving photos and clip art, including ability to scale and manipulate graphical content, complex presentation development, including embedded content and video, slide transitions.
  • Online collaboration tools: ability to post to and download from online collaboration tools, enter data into lists, blogs, and team discussions, create and modify views of lists and document libraries, set security on online collaboration tools objects.
  • Able to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status and abide by contract/department's COVID-19 guidance when accessing any facility.
Background Investigation:This position requires that you obtain a Secret Clearance Suitability Determination from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for all the categories' issues. The government is looking to confirm that you are in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
