SECURITY COORDINATOR - The Chicago Park District : Job Details

Under general supervision, assists in and is responsible for the security of park personnel, patrons and property. Performs related duties as required. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:Responsible for the security of park personnel, patrons and property. Assists in making security surveys of park property. Makes recommendations regarding security measures. Assists in investigations and reporting on depredations against park personnel, patrons and property. Assists in the analysis of budgetary operations as pertaining to security involvement with fiscal responsibility. Responsible for the training of security personnel in the proper operation of the computerized security system. Responsible for the supervision of the work of assigned personnel. Assists in the preparation of letters, memoranda and reports for the information and guidance of the department heads.
