Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for all individuals, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors—accessing client facilities. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into buildings.

Job Duties:
- Manage daily site operations, including scheduling assignments and overseeing employee performance.
- Train new employees and ensure compliance with dress code and workplace standards.
- Access Control & Screening, which includes Inspection of identifications, vehicle decals, and screen visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry.
- Conduct random security inspections to employee body scans, bag checks, and ETD (Explosive Trace Detection) screenings.
- Patrol premises, respond to security-related inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees, and the public.
- Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities.
- Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities, notifying management of incidents and emergencies.
- Response to building emergency alarms, including fire, elevator entrapments, and intercom alerts.
- Management and communication via radios and other security-related equipment.
- Performs additional duties as assigned, aligned with the skills and experience required for this role.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED or Equivalent high school certification.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience. (Supervisory preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Must be able to obtain credentials, as required, per airport, state or customs requirements.
- Knowledge of security principles and practices preferred.
Security License Requirements:
- Licensed Security Guard Card (preferred)
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to frequently lift, greater than 70lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand for long periods, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.
Working conditions:
- Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
- Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
