HybridLong Term ContractResponsibilities:
- Monitor SVP mailbox, prioritize and respond to critical/time-sensitive matters on behalf of the SVP.
- Devise and maintain organizational procedures for emails, folders, and digital files, ensuring easy tracking and accessibility.
- Manage the SVP's dynamic calendar, including internal meetings, conference calls, vendor appointments, and events.
- Liaise with C-Level staff to assist with executive travel and address concerns.
- Ensure timely completion of project and action requests assigned by the SVP to Global Travel staff.
- Maintain supplier/vendor contracts and agreements database, track expiration dates, and ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate and book business travel for the SVP.
- Prepare and organize expense reports for the SVP.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting executive-level staff (Executive Assistant or Project Management).
- Strong scheduling, calendar management, and digital file organization skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong articulation, grammar, and writing skills for corresponding with senior management and EA teams.
- Confident presenting and communicating with high-level executives.
- Ability to create efficient processes and maintain organized filing systems
