YOUR ROLE

The CEVA Security Intelligence Operations Center (SIOC) Manager provides leadership and oversight to personnel in a 24/7/365 environment to manage security operations risk through multiple enterprise level programs.

You will be responsible for supporting the SIOC team through strategic, technical, and operational objectives. The Security Operations Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with the other CEVA stakeholders and contributing to the CEVA SIOC industry best practice standards consistent with a best-in-class security operations center.

This role will be instrumental in driving technical and procedural solutions for the SIOC that are thoughtful, innovative, and contribute to the safety and security of CEVA associates and locations throughout the world.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Lead a standardized corporate-level strategic planning process for development, implementation and continuous improvement of Enterprise-wide Critical Incident Communications, Strategic Intelligence, Emergency Management, and Security Technology for the Security COE.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with strategic partners in law enforcement and intelligence, regulatory agencies, resort corridor security entities, technology vendors, and other gaming, hospitality, and entertainment industry peers.
  • Collaborate with Security Leadership and Executive Staff to drive long-term strategy and vision of the SIOC, proposing new opportunities to improve security deliverables, facilitate change management, and guide the process to obtain support and partnerships from key stakeholders.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and train personnel to continually sustain a highly qualified and high-performing team. Manage and engage personnel through motivation and encouragement to develop elevated level performance while adapting to the demands of a Fortune 500 company in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive accountability of the SIOC team through identified and meaningful Key Performance Indicators and track performance through metrics.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's Degree in intelligence studies, political science, national security, criminal justice, international studies or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Four (4) years of prior relevant experience.

PREFERRED:

  • Previous investigative experience with law enforcement and/or Fusion Center environment.
  • Previous experience working knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules.
  • Previous experience developing policies, procedures and protocols for standardization and governance.
  • Advanced experience working in the field of Operations/Crisis Centers, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Intelligence, or similar position.
