Security Officer Clinic - Security -Full Time - Guthrie Healthcare : Job Details

Ensures that buildings and assets of The Guthrie Clinic are safe and secure for patients, employees, and visitors by routinely patrolling buildings and grounds and by responding to requests for assistance from building occupants. Work location will rotate between assets in the Ithaca and Cortland areas as requested. Applicants must be willing to submit to fingerprinting for a background check. Education, License, & Cert: NYS registration as security guard is required. Valid Drivers' License required. High School Diploma or equivalency required, further educational degree preferred. Must successfully obtain certification in CPR and de-escalation within 30 days of hire. Training will be provided by the employer. School Education: High School Grad or Equivalent Experience: One or more years' experience working in Security, Law Enforcement or Corrections.
