Employment Type:Full timeShift:Evening ShiftDescription:Full Time 3:00pm to 11:00pm, 37.5 hours per biweekly pay, and every other weekend as needed.:The Security Officer is responsible for the security of hospital employees, patients/families, visitors, and property. Is responsible forfire prevention and initial response measures. Maintains safety practices in the area of his/her assignment.Position requires the ability to read, write and speak the English language in an understanding manner and be able to follow written and oral instructions. Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Possess the ability to deal tactfully with co-workers, patients and visitors.
