Fairview is looking for a Security Officer to join our team at our Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN. Job Summary: Ensures a safe & secure environment for all M Health Fairview employees, patients, guests, stakeholders, and communities through proactive leadership, agility, and a holistic organizational approach. Provides for the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff and property by responding to needs of hospital patients, visitors and staff, helping and providing excellent customer service standards. Proactively works to prevent theft and vandalism. May be involved in high-risk situations with exposure to potentially dangerous situations which requires range of safety precautions.
