Security Officer - Security - PT - Night - Stormont Vail Health : Job Details

Enforces regulations, policies and public laws that contribute to the safety and security of patients, visitors and employees of the medical center. Performs routine security patrols in order to prevent thefts, destruction of property, disorderly conduct and other adverse incidents on medical center property. Performs security related functions, including but not limited to standbys, motorist assistance, locks/unlocks, report writing. Education Qualifications. High School Diploma / GED Required Experience Qualifications 1 year Security, law enforcement, paid fire or other emergency service experience. Required Experience with de-escalation techniques. Preferred Skills and Abilities. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and guidelines.
