Security Officer Supervisor - Livingstone College : Job Details

The results you will deliver each day that matter most! First-line supervisor for civilian security staff. Ensure shifts are adequately staffed and all security equipment is functional. Ensures all policies and procedures are adhered to. Assign duties to subordinate staff and provide relief according to policy. Ability to comprehend and coordinate a response an initial emergency response until relieved by a superior or member of the Campus Police. Establish good communication and working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the campus community. Must reasonably respond to disciplinary incidents while maintaining a complete record of events. Ability to commit to an irregular schedule due to campus events and supervisor needs.
