The Security Operations Center Manager is sought out as a technical expert and lead. They will lead a security team of engineers and analysts around the globe in a 24x7 environment. A hands-on technical specialist handles the complex and detailed technical work necessary to provide comprehensive monitoring, vulnerability management, and threat detection within the organization. The SOC Manager works with Managed Services and the company's customers to provide security monitoring and reporting.- Leads a team of about 12 engineers and analysts charged with incident response, content development and technology maintenance.- Monitors the company's assets, network, and date ensuring the prevention of events that negatively impact confidentiality, availability and integrity.- Overall accountability for development, implementation, and effectiveness of vulnerability management and security testing programs, initiatives, and capabilities.- Reviews SIEM logs and messages to identify and report possible violations of security.Monday - Friday 9-5 position
