The Security Professionals role is to protect and secure the Roche Diagnostics employees, visitors, and company assets by observing, controlling and monitoring the security systems and/or security issues/risks. Ensure effective communication, implementation and adherence of Security programs, policies, procedures, and regulations in a calm, engaging and professional manner. Makes recommendations and may develop new security procedures, technology and infrastructure enhancements. May assist security vendors to ensure the efficient and effective use of our security systems & equipment. May provide security for executives and physical assets on and off the Indianapolis, Indiana campus. May often create Risk Assessments of sites and venues for Roche attended events. May use local police powers in the protection of employees.
