Security Surveillance - CCTV - Signal of Pensacola : Job Details

Position Summary:A CCTV Monitor will oversee the daily operations of a 24/7 Central Command Center along with monitoring all sites and reallocating security personnel to ensure coverage. Soft Skills:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Reallocate security personnel as needed.
• Operates security access control system
• Monitor all sites and document all events/alarms. Take action in accordance with our policies and procedures along with client post orders
• Record security system alarms, facilities and security system/equipment deficiencies and other occurrences for appr follow-up
• Perform other security-related functions as directed by management and the client.
• Accurately complete and retain reporting documentation and logs required to provide reports for performance improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background check and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer and/or technology skills
• Complete training modules within first month
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities
• Professional demeanor and problem solving skills
• Experience working as a dispatcher, call center representative and/or security command center operator
• Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
