.Security Systems IntegratorWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engineer to manage all aspects of physical security system solutions within a multi-state territory covering Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN, and Columbus, OH. This role requiresexpertise in video surveillance, physical access control, and intrusion detection systems. As a subject matter expert, you will provide training and consulting on security systems design and execution while ensuring top-tier customer service. You will also drive profitability and meet key performance metrics for the Technology Unit in your assigned territory.This position can be based in Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH, or Indianapolis, IN.Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and implement security systems technology as value-added solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, collaborating with Area Vice Presidents, District Managers, and Business Development Managers.
  • Identify and manage subcontractor relationships to deliver effective solutions.
  • Analyze operational and financial indicators to enhance performance and ensure profitability within the territory.
  • Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead business development efforts and contribute to strategic planning within the Business Unit and Central Atlantic Region.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of service industry cost and profitability drivers.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications and basic knowledge of computer network architecture.
  • Experience in business development and B2B sales.
  • Ability to lead project teams and collaborate effectively across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of progressively responsible experience with physical security systems.
  • PSP certification.
  • Experience/certification in AMAG, CCURE, Avigilon, Axis, and/or Milestone.
  • Experience with video analytics and remote video monitoring solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems, including video surveillance, access control, intercom, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and project delivery.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.
    • Frequent travel required for client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Benefits:Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $75,000 to $90,000, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:
  • Monthly vehicle allowance of $750
