MUST:Experienced Watch OfficerEligible for Level II Public TrustMust be eligible for DoD Secret Clearance3+ years of professional experience working in operating centers or security support centers supporting incident response situationsExperience working with Dispatch, emergency/first responder environmentsExperience working in a 24x7x365 shift environmentProficient in Microsoft Office productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly analytical with strong attention to detailAbility to deliver excellent customer service both in person and via phone/emailBachelor s Degree or higher is required

DUTIES:The ideal candidate will be a part of a team providing 24x7x365 security and incident response coverage for a large Federal clientMaintaining a database, tracking incidents, and ensuring reports are timely and accurateAnalyzing data and reporting all findings to leadership and the teamAs related to real time events and situations and threats candidates will maintaining situational awareness to response teamsProducing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) imagery to support reporting productsRequesting data from Federal Protection Service (FPS) and DHS entities as neededAccessing, navigating, and utilizing law enforcement databases such as WebRMS, LEIMS, EIS, HSDN, HSIN, MISTUnderstanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to clientDemonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
