About the Family:An amazing mom in Fredericksburg, VA, is seeking full-time childcare for her 3.5-year-old son. She works shift hours as a nurse, and the family is looking for a reliable nanny (or two) to care for her son while she works 3 days a week (Friday, Sunday, and Monday). The family has 3 cats and 1 dog, so allergen awareness is important. The mom needs help with her son's daily care, including school drop-off and pick-up, meal prep, and general toddler care. Mom is potentially looking to get him in to a day school, so there is also the potential for the schedule to shift to a 5am before school need and school pickup until 9pm.Responsibilities:Assist with dressing and meal prepGeneral child care duties, including cleaning up after the childHelp with cleaning up after meals and tidying upAssist with general toddler careEngage with child, provide loving, nurturing, and reliable careHelp with transport to and from school if enrolledQualifications:Experience caring for toddlersCPR certification required (mom will cover cost of course if needed)Ability to work with shift schedules and adjust as neededMust be comfortable working in a home with 3 cats and 1 dogReliable and dependable for long shifts 3 days/weekMust have a valid driver's license and be able to transport the child to school and pick-upFlexibility to accommodate hours and shift workAdditional Information:Family lives with the grandparents temporarilyGrandfather is disabled, works from home in an office out of nanny's wayStart ASAP
