A leading provider of personal lines insurance, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our talented team of insurance professionals. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and driving revenue growth in the personal lines insurance segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team of insurance sales professionals.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Current Property & Casualty License
• Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the personal lines insurance industry.
