Individual pay will be set in accordance with terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement._**Responsibilities:**Under the direction of the Catering Manager, transports catering supplies and equipment; assists in food preparation, serving beverages and clean up.ScheduleHOURS VARY; WE/HOL; 9 MONTH POSITIONResponsibilitiesPOSITION SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Catering Manager, transports catering supplies and equipment; assists in food preparation, serving beverages and clean up.TYPICAL DUTIES:- Drives truck transporting catering supplies and equipment.- Loads and unloads truck.- Keeps track of catering equipment and notifies Catering Manager of any needed repairs.- Assists in preparation of foods, arrangement of buffet or dining tables.- Sets up and tends bar or assists head bartender.- Assists in serving beverages.- Assists in clean up.- Performs other related duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS:Requires the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. Requires at least 2 years' experience in some type of food preparation. Requires a chauffeur's license and experience in operating trucks. Requires the physical ability to lift heavy items.
