Selector - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a Selector to join their team. As a Selector, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Selector

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: $19.75 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to select the correct products from warehouse racking
• Label product using RF label technology
• Palletize product as it is selected to build customer orders
• Deliver product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner
• Hand select orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer

What's Needed?

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack, minimum double jack
• Ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established through an engineered production standard
• Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet or exceed established cases per error goals
• Basic requirements include being over the age of 18, the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements, basic arithmetic skills, and adequate physical fitness
