In this pivotal role, you will:

• Build and nurture exceptional client relationships, ensuring alignment with their vision and goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client work, leveraging strong project management skills to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Develop and implement systems and processes that empower the team to deliver their best work, fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and impact in the social impact and advocacy space.

• 8+ years of experience in account management or project leadership roles, preferably in the creative, advocacy, or social impact sectors.
• Expertise in building and maintaining high-trust client relationships.
• Strong organizational and operational skills with a focus on process improvement and team efficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
