Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive | Healthcare SaaS to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth through comprehensive solution-based sales efforts, with a strong focus on the healthcare SaaS industry. As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and be responsible for developing and managing your own book of business. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in healthcare and SaaS to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
- We are specifically looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in solution selling to small to mid-market segments, including selling healthcare-related SaaS, devices, and drugs. A proven track record in managing outbound strategies, conducting high-value demos, and closing deals in the healthcare industry is essential. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional ready to make a significant impact in the healthcare SaaS space.
Scope of Duties:
- Conduct proactive cold calls to assigned markets to schedule high-quality appointments with prospective clients.
- Conduct personalized demos of our practice management software and digital marketing solutions to showcase product value.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of clinic management requirements, including operational workflows for small to medium-sized healthcare practices.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and private healthcare practices such as med spas, cosmetic surgery centers, dental, and vision clinics.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain detailed records of leads and deals in HubSpot, leveraging email sequencing and pipeline management tools effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Execute comprehensive solution-based sales strategies to proactively reach and engage prospective clients through phone calls, emails, social media outreach, and other channels.
- Develop and manage your own book of business, prioritizing and qualifying leads to maximize sales outcomes.
- Utilize your experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid advertising to align product benefits with client needs, ensuring a seamless sales process.
What You Offer:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge of medspas, healthcare industry practices and regulations is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in solution selling experience,, with a strong track record in healthcare SaaS, devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- 5+ years experience using HubSpot in CRM-driven sales environments, with experience managing email sequences and deal pipelines.
- Proven exposure to digital marketing, particularly to paid advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and book product demos that effectively address client objectives and close sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for handling objections and closing deals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
