Clutch is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive for an agency client of ours.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a particular focus on the rare disease space. This role will involve managing key client accounts, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Account Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with client objectives and address the unique needs of the rare disease community.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing client accounts within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly as applied to the rare disease space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing solutions within the healthcare sector.
