Job Summary

The Senior Account Executive – Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) Diagnostics is a key role responsible for driving sales and expanding the adoption of our innovative diagnostic solutions within the healthcare and medical device sectors. This position focuses on leveraging an established network of industry contacts to deliver immediate business impact. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in LFA diagnostics sales, a deep understanding of diagnostic technologies, and the ability to forge strong relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare systems, laboratories, and retail pharmacy chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for LFA diagnostic solutions, leveraging an established network to secure new accounts, forge partnerships, and expand market share across healthcare systems, laboratories, and retail pharmacy chains.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, educating clients on LFA benefits, providing training and support, and ensuring successful product adoption and sustained customer loyalty.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities, tailoring strategies for penetration and growth while collaborating with internal teams to optimize market entry and address customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies, support product development, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Internal and External Interactions

  • External: Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, laboratory directors, and retail pharmacy decision-makers. Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored diagnostic solutions and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Internal: Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to align sales efforts with product positioning, ensure availability, and provide feedback on client needs and market demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in healthcare or business is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in LFA diagnostics sales or related fields within medical devices or healthcare.
  • Proven experience in diagnostics sales, with a strong focus on lateral flow assays or related medical devices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders across healthcare and retail sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.

Benefits:

  • $80,000 - $120,000 base salary + $30,000 commission. $110,000 - $150,000 OTE.
