What you will be Doing:
  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new & existing clients.
  • Presenting and demonstrating product features and benefits to customers.
  • Assisting in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries promptly.
  • Staying current on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in the Permian Basin.
  • Experience with automation, electrical, instrumentation or measurement services is a requirement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical products and their applications.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field would be highly regarded.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday position based in our Midland office.
  • Standard working hours are 8am-5pm with some flexibility.
  • Majority of the week will be spent visiting customers. A company vehicle will be provided.
  • 25% travel away from home can be expected.
