Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies or clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Google Ads or Search Ads 360.
  • Experience working with media agencies, ad tech companies, and large media buying/trading companies.
  • Experience working with third-party Ad serving tools.
  • Ability to drive success through solution-based strategies.
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent problem-solving sales approach and track record of building customer relationships.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
  • Review business performance and projections for clients. Determine which customers will be aligned with specific metrics, share updates with large accounts to keep stakeholders informed and mitigate risks at a macro and micro level.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Large Customer Sales (LCS) Sectors, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive feature and issue resolution to enable client success.
  • Use key optimization levers, like automation and attribution, to drive performance against client's desired customer business outcomes.
  • Engage with Search Ads 360 (SA360) customers and provide advanced solutions involving Tech and Ads, for example integrating their search efforts with business data to bring more relevant information to the Marketing Strategy.
  • Articulate customers and partners to use Google's SA360 platform, services, and solutions to identify needs, solve problems, and drive growth for customers and Google.
