The Sr. Account Supervisor will manage Sales marketing campaigns across Passenger Cars and After Sales, ensuring that the platform effectively supports these programs. You will work closely with our marketing Intelligence team. As an experienced account manager, you will own and manage the full range of deliverables from concept to final delivery. We will draw on your experience in automotive marketing to ensure our clients are getting the best service in digital marketing execution. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure the project delivers to the client on time, on brief, within budget all while maintaining quality.
- Possesses extensive experience working with major OEM's to produce high quality marketing communication
- Understands and supports the agency's vision, its core tenets, its unique culture, and its revenue model. Puts the agency at the forefront of his or her decision making
- Support steering all dealer-level creative execution
- Possesses a charismatic, engaging personality and can successfully interact with senior/executive level client contacts
- Builds client relationships with in-person meetings - or virtual client meetings will be an important part of this position
QUALITY/ COMMUNICATION - Gives internal teams the information they need to deliver highest quality work for our clients
- Collaborates with the Technical program manager to understand the marketing platform - designed to enhance the sales process for dealerships.
- Works with agency partners to deliver cohesive quality and brand consistency. Attend all partner agency meetings
- Ensures all client interactions are conducted professionally and that all promises made to the client are kept
- Effectively plans work, communicates changes, and troubleshoots problems, assuring that the client and company commitments are kept
- Uses clear, concise communication at all times
TEAM BUILDING - Work closely with the Account Director and with Mercedes-Benz business units across Retail Marketing, New Vehicle Sales, CPO, Fleet and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services often working on-site to build those relationships.
- Focused on Sales areas across Passenger Cars and Vans, ensuring that the platform effectively supports these specific areas.
- Ensure consistency of communications across Tier 1 and Tier 3 to maximize marketing performance
- Support with actionable analytics/insights to the Sales areas
- Builds relationships based on trust, accessibility, clear communication, accuracy, mutual respect and personal accountability
- Anticipates problems and opportunities and bring them to the attention of Management immediately (i.e. campaign recommendation and best practices)
- Collaborates with all team members. Looks for innovative ways in which work can be done; ingenuity and flexibility are a must
QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum of 5 years Advertising Agency experience in an account management role
- Knowledge and experience in Automotive marketing. (Sales)
- Experience in digital/print marketing communications for automotive brands
- Experience in handling complex client financial requirements
- Working knowledge of project tracking tools, i.e. Smartsheet
- Powerful oral and written communicator
- Proven ability to motivate staff, peers and clients in a team environment
- High level of maturity and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner
- Hybrid role - in-office two to three days per week location is Sandy Springs, GA
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Management or Advertising
